Visiting Nurse & Health Services of Connecticut is pleased to establish the Charles Phelps Society to honor and recognize generous donors who have made a commitment to help secure our future.  Members of this society can make provisions in the form of bequests by will, life insurance, annuity trust, unitrust, charitable lead trust, personal property collections, or retirement account.
