The Visiting Nurse and Health Services of Connecticut, Inc. Adult Day Center is a place where older adults will enjoy a warm, homelike atmosphere, the best professional care, companionship of other members, and a variety of stimulating activities. The welcoming and creative atmosphere of our Adult Day Center is enhanced by its location on the Woodlake at Tolland campus in a lovely country setting in Tolland, Connecticut. Our Adult Day Center offers adults a social and health care supported environment for either full day or half day needs. The VNHSC Adult Day Center is certified by the Connecticut Association of Adult Day Centers.
