Nursing
Registered nurses assess, manage and monitor the needs of patients. They also coordinate any services the patient needs and assist the family in learning to care for the patient. Consultation with the patient's physician is ongoing.


Rehabilitation TherapistsRehabilitation Therapists
Physical, occupational and speech therapists use their skills and training to help and encourage patients to function as independently as possible.


Medical Social Workers

Social workers help patients and families cope with problems related to illness or emotional stress. They also provide information and links to a wide range of community services.


Home Care Aides Home Care Aides
Fully certified, HCA's work under the supervision of a registered nurse. They provide essential services for the patient and family, such as, assisting with personal care, range of motion exercises and daily activities and/or basic household chores. Homemaker, Companion and Choreperson services are also available.

Adult Day CareAdult Day Care
If you are concerned for the safety and well-being of a frail, elderly or disabled loved one, our Adult Day Center is the answer to your concerns. A medical model, the center offers a safe, home-like environment. It also answers the needs of younger people, especially caregivers who are working adults, with elderly relatives they care for or live with.

  • Hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Transportation to and from center
