Caregiver support groups are formed to provide support to family members who care for persons who are terminally ill or suffering from chronic disease. Members of the support group gather to share experiences, feelings, compassion and ideas, to give each other encouragement, support and inspiration, and to help one another embrace the challenge and rewards of care giving. The group meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Registration for groups is required. For more information, please contact our group facilitator at (860) 872-9163, ext. 3053.
